The Macao Fashion Gallery, a collaboration between the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Macao Productivity and Technology Transfer Center, is gearing up to present its Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fashion Exhibition.
Interested parties are being encouraged to submit their own 3D, digital, and physical garments to be featured in the showcase, which aims to provide a platform for emerging fashion designers in the Greater Bay Area to showcase their work.
The exhibition is an opportunity to bring together the rising names in digital apparel across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. The presentation will also be fully accessible to the public, allowing them to experience the interactive, cross-boundary world of contemporary fashion.
As the industry’s centers worldwide embrace new technologies and innovations in design, it’s promising to see smaller landscapes also get in on the trend and celebrate local talent.
Will Macao’s efforts help put the region on the map as one of the most exciting fashion hubs in China?
