WiT (web in travel) is a “community for anyone passionate about travel technology, distribution and marketing.” WiT’s convention is a place where industry professionals gather to discuss technology’s role in travel, and travel’s role in technology and discourse. WiT hopes that travel will be a force for good and encourage mutual, cross-cultural understanding in a politically divisive world. WiT 2017 has been organized to celebrate the values of “openness, diversity, creativity, love, and respect.” WiT hopes to create better travel and better experiences and promote these values throughout the industry.
The boot camp program for startups will be held on October 23, while the conference will be held on October 24 and 25.
